Eric Yaverbaum Interview

I interviewed Eric Yaverbaum, best-selling author and CEO of Saving America on the way Internet trolls attacked U.N. Women’s Goodwill Ambassador Emma Watson after her moving speech on gender equality to hear his stance on how to stop online intimidation.

“Emma Watson was absolutely right to say what she did,” he says, “and brave to speak with such candor in a public forum as the UN General Assembly….Demeaning women as objects and “sluts” for speaking their mind is a heinous act that must be stopped…Everyone involved in weaponizing the internet and attacking both women and free speech should be tracked and brought to justice.”

Back story: a supposed plot by 4Chan to leak of nude photos of Watson was revealed to be a hoax by a fake marketing company (I won’t give them a link) of known Internet spammers.
