The New York Post reports that New York City’s businessman mayor is at it again. Beginning this summer, the City has made a deal to let 20 New York City hospitals feature 2500 indoor electronic ad banners. Ads also will be placed on garbage cans, hospital clocks and in garages. While ads won’t be in patient rooms, they will be in hospital lobbies, admitting areas and elevator banks on nearly every patient floor, including pediatric and surgical floors
