Here’s the Tweet I got tonight, Valentine’s Day, from Ben & Jerry’s.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again:
Brands create evangelists through earned media by acting like human beings.
I wasn’t the only one who got a Valentine’s Day card from Ben & Jerry’s: Jimmy Fallon, who has more than 7 million followers, got one too.
And some other people got them too, but not all were personalized, even though every single one rocked!
