Ryan Carson at A List Apart has issued “The Four_Day Work Week Challenge” suggesting that there is much we can do to manage the madness of not having enough time to get everything done. Mainly, Carson says, we need to work less hours, not more.
I’ve believe that work stretches to fill the time, but I’ve never been able to let myself work less hours.
Ryan makes a great and sensible case for working less hours, and less days, and I am going to take him up on it.
I am going to work smart instead of long. How about you?

I am also guilty of stretching my work to fit the time. So I cut back my hours, trying to be a regular worker doing the 8 hour day for a while. So far, I can’t really see the difference in how much I get done in 8 hours compared to 10 or 11.
Tis one of those things that happen when you work for yourself, you think of work all the time, you expect to work all the time, and then you work all the time, but your brain just can’t keep up and slows down.
