Been a while since I had a great customer service story to tell you, but here’s one from Chris Pirillo of Lockergnome, about the new Zone Labs updated 6.0 version of Zone Alarm firewall software.
Jordy Berson from Zone Alarm encourages customers to look for answers they need at the company’s support page. If they need additional assistance, he says they can email him personally jberson AT zonelabs.com
Zone Alarm 6.0 is way too hyperactive: too many pop-ups; doesn’t hold settings you choose; doesn’t provide enough information about sites it wants to block. Nonetheless, in my experience, it seems to be a decent, reasonably priced personal firewall.
