The Atlanta Journal Constitution’s web site reports that dooced Delta flight attendant Ellen Simonetti has fired back. The case could plow fresh legal ground on whether a company can take action against an employee for operating a blog.
Simonetti’s press release, posted on her blog, says she filed suit against Delta for wrongful dismissal and sex discrimination. She alleges that male colleagues with possibly insensitive material on their own blogs have gone unpunished.
