USA Today has an excellent article about bloggers making potfulls of money with Google Ad Sense.
It notes that some bloggers, like Chris Pirillo, make $10K a month from the ads, while others complain that the ads have no relevance to their content.

Chris Pirillo apparently makes $10,000 per month for Google Ads on his blog. Taking a look at his web site lockergnome, it’s hard to find any content around all the advertising. Chris, there is such a thing as TOO MUCH ADVERTISING.
