O’Dwyer PR (subscription required) reports that the U.S. Government is soliciting proposals for an “aggressive” and comprehensive PR and advertising campaign in Iraq to gain Iraqi’s support for US military and diplomatic goals (whatever the hell those are.) A contract is expected to be awarded by October 1st.
Yeah, that’s it: The war needs a freaking PR firm.
