A press release from hell announces the new Intrinsa Female Testosterone Skin Patch Blog.
Both the release and the blog seem pretty homemade, which is odd, considering the product is in clinical trials by Proctor & Gamble. You’d think the manufacturer would want to at least try to look professional.
However, the interesting thing about the blog is that it simply links to articles that have been written about the patch. So in essence, it’s a poorly conceived (heh!) online press room.
Blog software is a perfect tool for online press rooms and if this one had a designer and a decent copywriter, (I’m available) it could be a shining example of a blog press room.
