This very strange image is from the home page of PR firm Porter Novelli’s very annoying website. WTF? They just issued a report on corporate blogging and promised me a copy but didn’t send it. Therefore, no linky.

Hi! Just doing my Sunday afternoon blog roll check and noticed this.
We are still putting the finishing touches on the report, and so haven’t sent it out to anyone yet. Final polish goes on it tomorrow, and, barring any unforeseen issues, we’ll get it to you Tuesday am before the webinar.
PS. I noticed your dogs in your Flickr photos — is the bottom one a Belgian Tervuren? I have a Tervuren mix named Gina — the photo looks like her!
I just checked out the dog image — I take it this is a dog you met at the park? It really looks like my Gina. We got Gina when we were living in NY area — from a shelter in Brooklyn Heights. She had been roaming the streets and the Brooklyn Heights Dog Owners Association captured her, got a vet check up and put her up for adoption. She’s now 13, completely sweet, and brings a lot of joy to my life!
Hi Jim: thanks for the explanation about the report. The two Shephard Mix dogs in my flickr pix are mother and son (the dark one is the son). They were feral dogs living for 5 years in Central Park and eluding capture until a woman named Frances finally tamed them. The mom had a litter and all were killed except the one in the photo.
They come to where me and Benny go in the mornings and, although they are shy of people, they play with other dogs.
The son actually took a treat from me one day, and the mom cuddled up to one of my friends on morning recently.
They are going to be living in Australia soon, and the woman who rescued them is planning to write a book about them and her life with them.
Amazing story for the middle of Manhattan.
My Sammy dog made it to his bar mitzphah. Having a happy 13 year-old dog is definitely a joyful thing.
