My colleague Paul Chaney told me about Patti Thompson, owner of Way-fil Jewelry in Tupelo, Mississippi, who’s blogging about her small business’ recovery from a devastating fire that gutted her shop on November 1.
Happily, they’ve managed to find a way to open a small space for the crucial holiday gift season, and she’s using her blog to let people know they’ve got an eBay store going too. Another example of the communication power of blogs for business. Good luck Patti!
