Jason Calacanis and Hugh Macleod and more bloggers every day are in Jason’s Fatblogging movement. I’m in.
I intend to lose 15 pounds. Sorry Jason, I’m not going to blog my weight before or after, but I am going join my buds in getting (more) gorgeous. I have a big birthday coming up March 13, and I think working on feeling good will be a great way to celebrate it.
Here’s my plan:
– No sugar. (OMG, can she do it!?)
– No white rice, no potatoes. No butter. (oy vey)
– Lots of veggies. Lots more veggies.
– Add two hours a week of swing dancing to the five I already do.
– Walk a third fast mile a day with Benny Bix Ochman Labradoodle puppy dog.
– Do strength training twice a week for 20 minutes.
Goal: Two pounds a week. I’ll update next Monday.
