New York State’s crusading Attorney General Eliot Spitzer used his blog to announce that he’s a 2006 Democratic candidate for governor of New York State.
I’m a huge fan of Spitzer and his battles against big business corruption on behalf of the little guy.
Making the announcement in his blog is acknowledgement of the role the blogosphere and the Internet now play in political races. Kudos.
