Not surprisingly, early adopters and digerati who stood in line to buy the first iPhones are a vocal group. So they were not happy when AT&T killed who knows how many trees to send them their first iPhone bills after Apple forced them to switch to its exclusive service provider. They complained on blogs, in videos and forums, about receiving bills as thick as novels, detailing every call, every text message, every moment spent on the network.
Now, AT&T has apparently listened to its customers and is scaling back the size of their paper bills.
Here’s a video from Justine Ezarik, a graphic designer and blogger from Pittsburgh, Penn, whose 300-page bill came in a box, and earned her 15 minutes of fame.
