Agency.com, those clueless wonders, used ViralBomb to announce the new campaign they’ve launched for British Airways, featuring (transvestite?) Pam Am.
WTF was British Airways management thinking when they said “Yes, please take our money for this campaign”?
Is there a passenger alive who would think having a fake stewardess throw tomato juice on a passenger is funny?

I could only stand 1 1/2 of the “episodes”…the first was “Welcome” which ends with something along the lines of “There a reason why our flight crew has 1200 hours of training…”
Because without it, the idiots they hire would act like “Pam Ann”?
BL, you raise the right question – what was British Airways management thinking? Or, maybe a better question is “Were they thinking?” because I don’t think they engaged any grey matter whatsoever.
It was not a campaign for advertising – it was a series of small clips for inhouse staff training. Pam Ann (aka Caroline Reid) is very big and well known within the aviation industry of a piss take with all the cabin crew. She was intended to show how not to behave as cabin crew all in a very tongue in cheeck way.
