Steve Hall at adrants has created adgabber, a new social network for marketing, advertising and media professionals “who appreciate the brilliance, idiocy and ever changing landscape of their respective industries.”
It’s gotten nearly 200 members in two weeks with only a link on adrants. Hall hasn’t written about it yet, so you heard it here first folks. :>)
Hall says he hopes to grow adgabber into “a big, fun place for the ad industry,” and monetize it with ad sales.
Says Hall, “I became aware of Ning, which allows anyone to create a free social network, a couple of months ago. “I thought it was fascinating how easy they had made the creation of social nets so I thought I’d try it.” Take a look.
