A wild rhesus monkey that attacked the deputy mayor of New Delhi has been blamed for his death. The monkey reportedly attacked S S Bajwa on the balcony of his home. He tried to fend it off, fell, hit his head on a flowerpot and later died of head injuries.
Meanwhile, in Bangkok, 11 crocodiles are loose and residents are warned to be on the lookout for reptiles, many of which are more than six meters (nearly 20 feet) long.
