Back in the good old days of the early Internet, wranglers could make a fortune selling companies back the URLs they had registered. Now an Indianapolis bail bondsman named Kerry Edwards hopes to make $150,000 by auctioning off the kerryedwards.com URL he registered three years ago.
The Kerry camp says the price is too high and the Bushies say they’re not interested. But I bet both will get more interested as the election nears.
The Republicans could use the URL to discredit kerry and Edwards and the Dems may have to buy the URL to keep that from happening.
What’s In a Name? Could Be Lots for Kerry Edwards
