Without a doubt one of the most insipid press releases from hell ever to hit PR Newswire, this one prattles on about a huge crop circle that appeared in a farmer’s field south of London. The release was actually about an art exhibit related to Hello Kitty’s 30th anniversary, but I’m sure few readers got that far. All around, a huge waste of money.

Tara C. will love the mention of PRBop.
For Hello Kitty fans, that wasn’t a waste of money. Don’t insult the Kitty.
Sanrio understands how to build upon the Hello Kitty persona, and I have yet to see a brand extension or stunt for Hello Kitty that hasn’t worked wonders.
I’m getting a Hello Kitty credit card soon, in fact.
Jeremy: It’s the press release that sucks. Not the crop circle.
