I have been a dismal failure at my first week of Fatblogging.
But I am raring to go into week two with a better attitude. I am, however, going to be eating five meals in restaurants in the next five days, which does not make this easy. And, I realize, I simply am not going to give up chocolate.
Week two strategy: eat everything, just eat less of it. Leave half on the plate in restaurants.
I have always found this is more about exercise than food. And I will be swing dancing for many hours this week, as well as walking 4-5 miles a day with Benny. I think I need to add the stairs to my apartment at least once a day.
