The Blog Herald notes that too much blogging is like eating too much rich food. Eating too much gives you indigestion. Unfortunately, Mylanta doesn’t fix blog burnout.
The easy solution: take the weekend off. I do that every weekend. Well, ok, I do take a look once or twice, but I generally resist the impulse to blog from Friday to Monday.
Sunshine, fresh air, and friends leave me ready to deal with a new week. Try it! You’ll like it.

The problem is, it ends up like when you come back to work after a few days off – the weekends are just as busy with email and RSS as most days, at least in 2005 (2004 was a lot different, and 2003 even slower), so sometimes Monday mornings take a bit longer to get going.
Yeah, like til Monday night.
It’s good advise, but my day job requires that I do most of my blogging after hours and on the weekend.
