The Most Fun Bathroom in New York City

bar89.jpgMy friend Lee Hornick picked the restaurant where Clickz marketing columnist Heidi Cohen and he and I had lunch today. We went to Bar 89 on Mercer St in Soho. Salads were great, but the unisex bathrooms, as you can see from the photo, are completely crazy.

As you approach the bathrooms, you see these transparent glass doors. It's fun watching newbies trying to decide if they really have to go that bad. The designer of the space definitely had an offbeat sense of humor.

I can hardly wait to bring someone who's really uptight there for lunch.

Triumph Brewery in Philadelphia has a restroom like this too. Each stall is like a little bathroom, but it's all for one and one for all.

Next they'll be telling us it's OK to pass gas in public. (Oops, too late!)
