Rare Dinosaur Scares New Yorkers in Central Park

A rare dinosaur has been scaring New Yorkers in Central Park. He's controlled by you, right here. Bet you can't stop!

I love the disclaimer. We live in times when you have to include something this silly:

"Dino Central Park is for entertainment purposes only, and does not feature an actual webcam"
Can't say I ever wondered about this, but it turns out I'm a Dilophosaurus. What kind of dinosaur are you? Hey, it's Friday afternoon, so you can find out (below) with this quiz. It's part of the online promotion for National Geographic's Dino Death Trap. It premieres Sunday, Dec. 9, at 8 p.m. on ABC.

Lots of other goodies in this campaign by Deep Focus for National Georgraphic, at NGCDinos.com

This is the second Dinosaur story that I read this Friday afternoon - the other was at LiveScience.com. Did you know that dinosaurs were brightly colored? From the looks of the Dino Death Trap dinosaurs, National Geographic probably did! Thanks for the Friday afternoon fun. -Melissa
