An Email Rant for Clueless Businesses

I hate begun to hate email. It's time-consuming. It's filled with crap that I have to spend hours a day zapping despite various spam filters. And I get more than 700 of them a day.

Most of the time, the ones from someone I actually want to hear from would be better resolved in a quick phone call instead of 10 emails back and forth.

So when I got an email today from a company (no I am not going to link to them) and my name was part of a CC list instead of a BCC list, I lost it on the guy.

Don't freaking do that. Ever.

You go, Leslie! That CC-instead-of-BCC thing drives me nuts too.

Yes, I agree. It seems the last while, no matter how much I filter etc. there is always some new crap always getting though. It seems, and I won't mention the company, that, since I've opened an account with a very popular autoresponder company for online marketers, my spam his tripled. Coincidence? hmmm

Thanx
