My New Favorite Website - Created By 8 and 9 Year-Olds for Thinkquest Competition

My new favorite website is the one made by my friend, 8 1/2 year-old Anton Seminerio, and his team for Thinkquest's annual student competition. The site is about extinct and endangered animals and what we can do to help them. You rock Anton!

The teams work for months to do their research, writing, design and to learn Dream Weaver and a lot of other stuff we didn't know when we were 8 1/2.

The top 10 teams in each age division receive laptop computers and a cash award for the coach’s school. In addition, the top 3 teams in each age division travel to ThinkQuest Live, an educational extravaganza celebrating their achievements. A special award is also presented to the team best demonstrating global perspectives.

A panel of judges will evaluate the entries and winners will be announced on June 14.
