Yes, perhaps Jarvis is a little long in the tooth, but he's an astute observer when he's talking about stuff he knows, which doesn't include the future of online video.
And I definitely agree with Feldman about how no amount of advertising, promotion, or PR will help you if what you're selling sucks.
