First came blog bashing, and now there's Second Life bashing. Look for the critics to bloom, while others quietly work within the metaverse to see where 3D Internet can take businesses.
Second Life is anything but user friendly, but it's got such pure genius creations as Little Kyoto and the Space Museum, and the remarkable Second Life library, which prove that, in the right hands, even SL's clunky software and limited tools can make magic.
(That's Darren Barefoot's parody of Second Life in the photo. )
I think that advertising in Second Life is very interesting, and opens up many possibilites for marketing. I wrote about Second Life in my own blog: http://callfromnextlife.blogspot.com
