Greenpeace is asking for ideas about "...how to take direct action to save the whales..and stop Japan from taking over the International Whaling Commission meeting in Alaska in May 2007 and to increase the number of member governments that support whales and not whaling." Participants choose a screen name and an avatar and can post photos, video and audio with their ideas.
"Don't be a racist jerk," the site warns. "We don't want to blame the Japanese people for whaling. ... "We need the whole world to stand up for the whales and against the Japanese government's policy of killing them."
Martina, an 8 years old girl , writes a letter to Mr. Toyama, Captain of the Nisshin Maru Ship asking him to stop whale’s hunting. NM is the factory ship of the Japanese whaling fleet that is in the Antarctic Whale Sanctuary, iligaly hunting 945 whales. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6CbG7qopX0
