Chertoff to New York City: Nah Nan Nah Nah Nah!

Dept of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff has responded to the firestorm of criticism about the nearly 50% cut in anti-terror fund to New York City and Washington DC by whining Na Na Na, I'm not backing down just because the whole world thinks I'm an idiot. Tell us that again next week when you resign. The only thing that's missing his Bush telling him, "You're doing a hell of a job Chertie!" They all resign shortly after that.
