GM's New FYI Blog Promises Not to Shy Away From Controversy

gm_blog.jpgBy B.L. Ochman. GM has launched FYI Blog, written by a variety of GM employees and promising not to shy away from controversy.

"Our hope is that this will be an effective way to spread the conversation about GM; that we can continue to get better at listening and maintaining the dialogue, and ultimately, create products and services that not only meet your needs but are truly the best.""

Definitely a worthy goal. Hopefully this isn't the equivalent of fiddling while Rome burns. Troubled GM could go out of business if these great new products don't start reaching the marketplace soon.
