What a Difference an "X" Makes!

coop.jpgMis-type a URL and fall through the looking glass. Luxx Realty features luxury New York apartments like this $4.49 million dollar coop reduced to a mere $3.9 million. A photo of it floats -- incredibly annoyingly -- across the company's home page.

I misread the URL in their email and ended up at Lux Realty, an Indiana real estate company owned by George Lux. You can buy a fixer-upper house for $69K, or one that's described as "very deceiving" for $90K.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't like to be deceived by my houses.
