Daimler-Chrysler PR Chief Puts Foot in Mouth

Chrysler PR chief Jason Vines is apparently even more clueless about blogging than he might first appear.

The Detroit News quotes him saying that Steve Hall of adrants is a "cowardly anonymous poster" for writing about Daimer Chryler's hairbrained idea to lock bloggers out of the company's ill-named Firehouse blog.

Describing Chrysler's decision ban bloggers from their blog and allow only "journalists... who work for a "known and established media organization" to read it, Hall wrote, -- correctly -- "This is idiotic. This is stupid. This is insane. Completely illogical and non-sensical."

But he sure didn't say it anonymously.

Hint for Mr. Vines: Go to adrants. Click About. And this blog is written by B.L. Ochman.
