Webtrends Delivers Prize and a Surprise

Earlier this week I kvetched about Webtrends not sending me the MP3 player I won at the Search Engine Strategies NY conference in February.

And today, along came the Fed Ex man with not only the cute little player, but also a copy of Bryan and Jeffrey Eisenberg's new book, "Call to Action." AND a personal note with an apology. Very nice. Hey, they don't call me Rent-a-Kvetch for nothing. :>)
