Full Page Article in Business Blogging Down Under

The Sydney Morning Herald [annoying registration required) had a full-page article on blogging today, quoting Robert Scoble, Mick Stanic, Richard Giles and Trevor Cook.

Talking through a blog allows companies to show their customers a more personal side - one that has a unique voice separate from what Cook calls the "tortured language" of corporate speakers who say things like "our solution-focused attempt."

The whole world is paying attention to business blogging these days. So how come the first question I'm always asked when I speak on the topic still is "What's a blog?"
