Real Dogs Don't Eat Lobster

sam beach_blog.jpg Downtown is my home. This is why the Upper East Side, where I live now, will never be home:

A pouffy little white dog fell in love with my real dog this morning in Central Park. The owner, a quintessential Upper East Side matron, asked me what I feed Sam. I told her about his kibble and his salad and veggies that keep him spry at age 12 1/2. "What does yours eat?" I aksed. "Lobster, shrimp and fresh chicken."
