Nokia has will soon launch Lifeblog in the U.S., a moblog (mobile blog) that allows posting to a weblog from Nokia's 7610 imaging phone. Lifeblog phone software for the Nokia and Windows PC will automatically save and categorize photos, video, text messages and other mobile media for later viewing and sharing. The company has already begun shipping a camera phone with video-editing and mobile-blogging features in Europe, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region. (Why is the U.S. always last?) It is expected to retail for approximately US $612, according to the Nokia press release.
