MoveOn.Org Seeks to Brand the Defeat Bush Movement
The political activist group MoveOn.org is offering free bumper stickers to anyone who requests them through the Website.
Says a MoveOn email, "Think of it as a grassroots advertising campaign ñ a way to "brand" the movement to take our country back." Branding dissent is exactly what MoveOn has been so brilliant at achieving, and it is highly likely that the bumper stickers soon will be seen on every highway and bi-way.
The organization hopes that those who display the bumper stickers will "embolden other progressives in their community to speak out and [demonstrate] how many patriotic Americans are working to fire President Bush."
MoveOn's Web-based campaigns have been successful in getting tens of thousands of people to contact their Congressional representatives, write to news organizations, and engage in demonstrations, bake sales, and meetings.
FYI, the link provided above pulls up your information (B.L. Ochman) rather than a blank form. Here's a version without a unique ID: http://www.moveonpac.org/stickers/
